It may not quite feel like it yet, but the season is changing… pretty soon these hot summer days will be in the past and, God willing, Covid19 will be a memory in the rearview mirror. Likewise, our church is looking ahead to grow and change in our relationships with the Lord and with each other. If you are currently watching church from home, I want to invite you back into community with us. We miss you! And let’s hang out after church on September 19th… check out our Lunch in the Park information below and mark your calendars. Also, if you were a part of the WOC with Me program, be looking for an email with a new matchup. This time, you will have several months to meet up and pray for your person. If you don’t know what I am talking about, check out the information below and let us know that you would like to be added to the list (or taken off if you cannot participate at this time).
Let’s move into Fall with prayer and purpose. Let us know if you have ideas for how we can serve our community, get together, or love on one another.I pray that you have a blessed Fall!

WOC With Me –
This Fall and then again this Winter, you will be paired with one gal from Conejo Church. Get together with them at least once to connect and to pray for them throughout the season! There have been many wonderful reports of our ladies having a great time getting to know someone new or touching base with a friend. It doesn’t matter whether it was in person, via Facetime, or a phone call, we all need to stay connected!

Lunch In the Park –
It’s time to get back to the park together! Bring a sack lunch, pick something up or just bring your chair or blanket. Let’s eat together and have some conversations! Let’s see if we can get twenty of us there!

Yoga in the Park –
Kathleen Warner leads a yoga class at Conejo Community Park (Dover Hendrix) at 9AM most Saturday mornings. The next class is September 11th. Look for Kathleen (who will be wearing red glasses on the corner of Dover and Hendrix in Thousand Oaks). Bring a chair and a yoga mat (or towel if you don’t have one!). Please be aware that we will be practicing social distancing while there, and that inclement weather might mean cancellation.
