Welcome to Fall, Conejo Family!

I hope you are growing along with us as we study 2 Timothy. Our times together on Sundays have been rich and very convicting. If you’re not into conviction or challenge in your life, just steer clear of the podcasts and videos of those weeks :).

This coming Sunday, Leaf Zwerling will be preaching at Conejo. Leaf is the Lead Pastor of Shepherd’s House and is a good friend of mine. His heart for Jesus and for God’s Word is contagious. His teaching is called “Heroes and Helpers” and is all about having solid spiritual friendships.

Please join us at 10AM. If you are out of town on Sunday you can still tune in and be part of it.

Carpinteria Camping Weekend

Adults are $60 and kids are $30 for camping. Please let us know if you will be camping. Click here to register. We would love to see you for the whole weekend or for a few hours. Can’t wait!

‘Talking to Jesus’
(new prayer curriculum)

We are excited about helping our ‘littles’ understand the gift it is to talk to Jesus! We welcome all our new families into the kids classrooms and can’t wait for the fall festival/ trunk or treat coming up at the end of the month. Thanks for praying for kids ministries!

Giving

Financial update. Our giving has been very low this Summer. Conejo fell behind in our offerings $4k in June, $1k in July, and $9k in August. Please make sure you are faithfully giving, especially at this critical time for our church.
