Conejo Weekly News! March 30, 2023

Hello, Conejo Church Family,

I’m so thankful for each one of you! Did you know that God is good through you? People in our community have a wonderful view of the people of Conejo. The way you serve Jesus and care for others is making a difference!

I know that the Lord is going to give us lots of opportunities to show and tell about his love & grace during Passion Week.

This coming Sunday is Palm Sunday. I hope you will come out this weekend ready to praise Jesus for who he is and for all he has done!

I will be wrapping up our series on the 12 disciples. We will learn all about Thaddeus, the disciple with three names, and Thomas, who some have called “the doubter”.

I hope you have been learning as much as I have during the weeks of this series. I hope you have also been asking Jesus, “Why did you call me and how can I best serve you as your disciple?”

Beautiful You

Thank you, Conejo family, for all your support, prayer and hands-on participation in last weekend’s Beautiful You event with James Storehouse. The day was lead by the Spirit of God, and young women’s lives were impacted greatly!

Reaching Nepal

Our Conejo mission team returned from Nepal last week. If you missed hearing them sharing about their trip, please listen on Spotify or watch it on Conejo’s Youtube channel. They spent time in the Terai area and came back very passionate about building a church for a group of people they met. They have been meeting in a mud structure that is wet and actually has cobras at times. No kidding! If you would like to be part of helping us raise the $5500 to pay for the building, please give online to “missions” over the next few weeks. Thank you!!

Passion Week
