Hi, Conejo Family!

I hope you are doing well and happy summer! The next few days will be awesome for our church family. Today is our Day of Prayer and we will be meeting in the chapel at 7am and 7pm. My hope is that more

and more of you will see the importance of these times of seeking the Lord together. Saturday is our Women of Conejo lunch at the Barbour’s place. Sunday afternoon is our next Men of Conejo event, a mini prayer retreat at the botanic garden with dinner right after.

This Sunday morning, I will continue in our series called “Building Your Life”. The last 2 weeks we have learned about our vertical relationship with God as our father. Now, we will be talking our horizontal relationships. What was Jesus’ view of love? What does the New Testament say about “one-anothering”? Check out 1 John 2-4 if you’d like to read ahead. This will also be a communion week so come ready to celebrate the Lord and His sacrifice for each of us.
