Conejo Weekly News! June 22, 2023

Hello Conejo Church Family,

It finally feels like summer and I’m excited to enjoy these next few months with you! I hope you had a very blessed Father’s Day weekend. We had an awesome service on Sunday and a big crowd. I taught about how Jesus shows us what The Father is really like and my dad closed out our service with a great challenge for dads. If you missed it, please listen. I know you will learn a bunch and find strength from the Lord as well.

This coming Sunday, we will finish up our “He Walks Among Us” series, talking about Saint John and the Book of Revelation. It gives us a powerful look at who Jesus really is!! The following week, we will jump into a new series, “Summer in the Psalms”.

I want to ask 3 things of you as your pastor this Summer:
1. Stay tuned in with the Lord. Don’t take a break from daily time with Him!
2. Stay tuned in with each other. Join us on Sundays when you’re in town. Text each other to say Hello and to pray.
3. Please be faithful in your giving. Summer is often a very difficult time for churches financially. We would love to keep our minds and hearts on the vision of reaching people for Jesus rather than worrying about finances.

I can’t wait to see you this week!
