Hi, Conejo family,

Hello from beautiful Guatemala! I’m here with my family this week. It’s amazing to be back here again, as it has been 14 years since our adoption process was final.

Pastor John will be bringing the next teaching in our series this Sunday. He’s going to be focusing on how we love God with our minds. Jeremiah 29:13 would be a great verse to meditate on as Sunday approaches. It’s going to be an important message, so be sure to be there ready to go at 10am! And please click here if you need to catch up on any sundays you’ve missed so far in the series. We’ve had several amazing weeks together looking in the Bible to see what God has to teach us about loving Him and others.

VBS starts on Monday so please help us to get the word out! Share the graphic on Facebook or Instagram so more families can join us.

Socks & Uns Drive | month of July

Back to School Bash | August 6

Please CLICK HERE to volunteer for the coolest give-away event of the year! We’re helping James Storehouse give away brand new backpacks, school shoes, clothes and supplies to almost 1000 local kids in foster care. You won’t be able to stop smiling if you join us!

Please bring new socks and underwear (for school age kids) each Sunday for this event. These are MUCH needed items. We’ll have a collection bin in the lobby.

Meet Alexys Ahn

Alexys is a long time friend of David Gabertan and will be assisting him over the summer with our youth. She is a student at Vanderbilt University. She has a huge heart for worship and for your students! If you see her around Conejo, please give her a very warm welcome.
