Happy Easter Week, Conejo Family!!

I hope you are looking forward to a weekend full of worship and celebration. Who needs some hope right now? Who needs new life in Jesus? Invite them to join you!

Friday afternoon from 3pm to 6pm will be the Stations of the Cross with music and communion. You can come by and walk through anytime. It will also be set up on Saturday all day with a few less elements.

Sunday morning will be our Easter service. John and Anne will be leading us in thanking Jesus with some awesome music. I will be teaching about why the resurrection matters and why smart people can actually believe it! Robert Flatt said, “The resurrection gives my life meaning and direction and the opportunity to start over no matter what my circumstances.”

Let’s celebrate Jesus this weekend. Let’s enjoy the life we have in Him! I can’t wait to see you for Good Friday and Easter.

Good Friday & Easter Sunday

Tomorrow (Good Friday) is going to be a very special day. When you arrive, plan to take your time so that you can immerse yourself in the activities and scenes awaiting you. Be praying for those you will be with, asking the Lord to reveal Himself to them and meet whatever needs they may carry. And expect Jesus to care for you as you worship Him through this time of remembrance.

Sunday will be an amazing morning as we gather to celebrate our Risen Savior. Who will you bring with you to hear the good news? This is a day when most people are very open to being invited to a church service. Make sure you tell them how welcome they will be at Conejo!

Reaching Nepal

Our Conejo mission team returned from Nepal very passionate about building a church for a group of people they ministered to. These Christians have been meeting in a mud structure that is wet and actually has cobras at times. No kidding! If you would like to be part of helping us raise the $5500 to pay for the building, please give online to “missions” over the next few weeks. Thank you!!
