I hope you are enjoying the sweater weather recently! Thank you, Lord, for the rain.
This past Sunday, I preached about spiritual gifts. We all have them as believers, but it seems like most Christians don’t know what their gifts are or how to develop them. And no, sarcasm is not a spiritual gift! :).
If you don’t know what your gifts are, here is how to find out:
Read Romans 12, I Cor. 12, Eph. 4, I Peter 4 and ask the Holy Spirit to speak to you.
Talk to a friend/spouse/etc and ask them what they think your gifts might be
Take an online gifts test (giftstest.com is pretty good)
This coming weekend, I’ll be doing a second Sunday on the gifts. We will discuss how we at Conejo view these gifts and their power and place in the church today. Don’t miss it! This is an important weekend for YOU as you grow in following Jesus.

Happening Today! Clergy & Candy
Today from 6:30 to 7:30am, and 6:30 to 7:30pm, six hundred Los Robles employees will be greeted as they come to work. Local clergy (including our own Pastor Kirk), will lead the charge along with a slew of super heroes! They will also be given treats from the community.
This is all a way of letting them know that THEY are the real super heroes and are GREATLY appreciated by all of us in the Conejo Valley! Please pray that they are well cared for and truly feel special! And pray that God will speak directly to hurting hearts and that some might actually come to faith in Jesus through this celebration.
