I’m thankful to the Lord for the gift of each one of you.
“All good gifts are from above…”
On Sunday morning I’m kicking off a new series called “Gifts of the Wise Men”.
Each gift that was given had a very specific meaning and purpose that we will look into each week. Did you know there were four gifts and not three?
Sunday night is our first “Carols and S’more” event. This will be a fantastic time of having fun together, singing carols, and lighting the tree. It is designed to be awesome for kids and adults as well. Let’s bring in the Christmas season with great focus and passion this year!
I can’t wait to see you this weekend!
You are loved!

Christmastime At Conejo
Advent is Here
Advent began just yesterday! It’s not too late to get your copy of The Savior Has Come and begin the journey through the pages of the Bible that tell of the birth of Jesus. If you need a copy click here to let us know. We’ll make sure you get what you need so you can begin!
Carols & S’mores
This Sunday evening at 5:30, the fun begins! Please invite friends and neighbors to join you. In addition to singing carols and eating s’mores, we’ll have a tree lighting, a place to make ornaments, and maybe even some SNOW!
Christmas Eve Service
We are so excited about our annual Christmas Eve service! Please note the 3pm start time. This is the best time to invite your friends who need to hear the good news about the Savior! Look for more info as the time draws closer.
Spiritual Gifts Profile
We are eager to gather information that will help us both understand and integrate your God-given spiritual gifts into the life of our community. Will you please fill out the profile provided through the link below? Our goal is to help you discover, develop, and use your God-given gifts! We also want to know how best to care for you through the gifts of your Conejo family members!
We are putting together a youth worship team and also a serve team to develop student leaders. Reach out toyouth@conejochurch.comto get on the list.
Our Monday night series is called “Anchored” and is about Bible characters staying connected to God through challenging times. On Sunday mornings we are going through the book of Jonah together.
Good news! Hume Lake Winter Camp is coming up March 4-6. If you would like a spot, please make a $50 deposit online and choose “youth events” in the drop down. Middle and High School students are going to Hume the same weekend.
Conejo Kids
Our Conejo kids will have a blast at the Carols and S’mores event on Sunday night. There will be tables set up to decorate ornaments for the big tree, a hot cocoa bar, s’mores, and even some snow falling from the sky!
Their lessons on Sunday morning will follow Sunday morning “Gifts of the Wise Men” series.
Ladies, Wendy Kappen and Loreen Robertson (Yes! She’s going to be in town for this) will host this VERY special evening. Come ready to connect with God and His Word through art. Info: women@conejochurch.com
